"3259 used to be a strong state where people actually worked together and listened to different viewpoints. Over time, though, some of the same people started acting like their opinions were the only ones that mattered and began shutting others out of state discussions. Now the state feels toxic because of a few oversized egos. NAP6 technically still exists, but the top alliance, SKY, and their R5 have been trying to quietly push weaker alliances out of the presidency and fortress rotation. They’ve been coordinating with other NAP alliances during SvS negotiations that only included a select few people. The whales do a lot for the state, but are stuck in a dying alliance."
