"This state is completely toxic. If you aren't in the 3 alliances (TOC,DRK,ONE) that belong to TOC and it doesnt even matter if you are or aren't in NAP they will do whatever they want, break any rules even the ones they made. They want and expect you to be grateful to have a whale that occasionally loses his temper and burns entire alliances down but also helps with svs (yay Im so happy we won and now have one of the dictators randomly giving people bad labels at will and abusing power against players). Being worried on a daily basis that someone may have inadvertently hurt his feelings and made him go full rampage today. This state is toxic on every level. STEAR CLEAR!"

"Whole state is run by TOC. If you don't like how TOC runs things you and your alliance get burnt. Some of the whales from TOC left and the Leader of TOC didn't like it so he ordered his whales to burn the alliance the other whales ran to. Dictated state. Search them on REDDIT."
