"This has been my home for 246 days , we have all been through alot , the beginning of the server we sadly had someone who was actively trying to kill the state. The nap came together and managed to grt this person to stop. We recently had alot of transfers2 entire alliances, they are a fantastic addition and since then the nap work incredible together, everyone is able to voice their opinions with out fear of being burned. We are SvS focused and have 5 too alliances, actively looking to constantly fill more alliances , everyone is willing to lesrn and everyone helps each other. We may all be in different alliances but we are a family and a great team. 3048 is peaceful and fun. "

"This is a very friendly and cooperative state. A large portion of the top 5 alliances recently transfered here to restablish a home away from dictatorships and with a strong focus towards SVS and cooperation. There are no ongoing disputes, the WC is fun and friendly for all. Zero tolerance for any kind of abuse towards it's members. All state rules are thoroughly reviewed by NAP and followed equally. Please note there are currently no whales in the state but a few are in the making. "
