"1385 is a great state if you like unprovoked attacks by an unstable whale while you're in a Nap alliance. Then have the leadership tell you nap doesn't mean anything and the top alliances don't even like each other. The state leadership wants him there because they think he will help them win events. What if I told you there are plenty of strong states in this game where the whales don't act like that. My opinion of 1385 is 0/10 would not recommend. That's just my advice and it's worth exactly what you paid for it. Feel free to check out the state if you want to.
